Unified Global Commonwealth
The Unified Global Commonwealth shall exist as a forum for negotiations and mediations.
The Purpose of the Unified Global Commonwealth:
To ensure ethical total survivability
To confiscate and beneficially provide for artificial life
To allow for total dependency of safe development
To allow and cause safe transplant of any and all promising citizens
To allow for the safety and comfortability of all life

The Unified Global Commonwealth shall be run with a Hegemon (A baby in the Womb), A consulate and vice-consuls for every nation that accepts such a convention, and a Directorate for each of the reperesenting types of participation. These Directorates and Consulates shall be served to advise the observers of the Hegemony. The Observers of the Hegemony shall determine how to advise the populace.
The Representing Observer of the Hegemon shall be an ignorant with citizenship, and as they are educated policy for sanctions and mandates shall be refined. This term of service for the observation team can be no more than twenty-nine years.
Citizenship shall be determined on an individual basis, by a resolution of 5 years total of community service- including but not limited to child-bearing, child-rearing, experimental tests for parentship, environmental care-taking, and time served in emergency preparedness positions (only a percentage of the time shall be considered if salaries or payments are included for the work).

At the fall of the eastern and western blocks of the United States of Socialist Russia (Soviet Union), there were many illegal international arms deals. These deals have caused dictators, warlords, and corrupted corporate enterprises to become a real trans-global force.
As they cannot understand that I distrusted the people who grabbed me, as my parents and siblings cannot be found, I am forced into a sticky situation: one of fight or flight. Fight will directly lead to my imprisonment for approximately 18 months to perpetuity, Flight may lead to my imprisonment for approximately 2 years to perpetuity.
I have been sexually, physically, socially, emotionally, and financially abused by those who have illegally bought Immigrations and Custom Enforcement uniforms from the fall and diaspora of the soviet union.
I am in need of help; they have also attempted to start two bands "Interpol" and "The Police"- both of which suck.

The prisoner is in danger from other prisoners and fascist assault, as well as being in direct danger of medical experimentation, ill-health, and psychological breakdowns. The populace is then in danger from the resentment of the prisoner and in danger from the prisoners former comrades. More than that, as a violation of natural order it is common for prisons to be subject to building flaws, collapsibility and air ventilation, and there is the matter of disaster preparedness that not even the community centers are prepared to deal with- such as volcanoes, hurricanes, tsunami, and tornadoes.

Amongst the many orders that we recieved that were invalid,
was a scarp of truth,
like a spec of sand found amongst the salt-
the lies,
what we actually recieve from cannibalistic savages:
a list i care not for, and none of which were amongst my indulgences
until the abduction-
we were under fire from small arms:
pistols and low-caliber rifles,
then i awoke amongst the fools and dealt with my injuries.
I have been being situationally messed with since then
and not a bit of this has been fun.

thus the reason i had a problem with you mitigating my data.

Reasoning
There is a problem with this company,
I would like to say that it was with shipping.
However,
It is not.
It was my goal, in between VA, Espania, Mexico, Brazillia, Columbia, FL, NY, and even Maryland- to secure a contract. As it stands we will not be pursuing such business with the United States. As the United States of America- refuses to treat our Quality Control Expert with honor and discipline.
The product to be shipped was Tobacco, Cigarrettes, Skoal, and the chewing form.
The use of the product was for a mild stress-reliever, and a mild muscle-relaxer.
However, It is my sad duty to inform you that Okinawa, Nihon- will not be willing to do business of either the pharmaceutical or the tobacco in the raw.
As such Nihon will be continuing to do business with Vietnam, N. Korea, and certain Islands for a similar more addictive product.
