there was supposed to be no violence in this film,

the ideal government is neither public nor private, but made of citizens which are under the strictest laws {grounding in reality, dietary and moral conditions}
the reason the government should not be public is that its duty is to maintain the rule of law through investigation and maintenance of education.

it may be the United States, it may be the United Nations, it may even be China or Arabia- to tell the truth it matters not. It does not matter whether you are a citizen or not if you are of the same race species or social class or even if you are alive, as long as you can be found the REAL government will help (note: if you cannot be found they will attempt to find you).

The law:
1) The following actions are illegal and punishable by either situational rehabilitation or imprisonment and relocation: I) Murder, II) Assault (Inclusion of , III) Theft
2) The following actions are necessary to maintain a social structure: I) Education II) Housing III) Research IV) Defensive Armament V) Recruitment VI) Entertainment VII) Careers VIII) Trade
3) The following Actions are necessary for information skewing, whether for entertainment or in corruption of the infrastructures: I)Lying, II) purgery III) Dangerous mechanisms {inclusion of chemistry, electronics, and mechanics} (Note: Victor will probably never be able to read this because of Aronnetta's Retirement and a fork, however due to a sane rationale and intelligent outlook that habit may have changed- then again it probably wasn't a fork, electro-meter anyone?)

I believe that the government should provide the following to every lifeform on the planet: protection, food, housing, medical care, education, travel, and entertainment.

I understand that in order to be able to truly understand what can and cannot be prevented with an individual they need to be studied.  I know that I have been studied for at least 26 years. From my understanding of the U.S.A. Constitution it defines that it will take at least 35 years (note: the unrealism in starcraft/warcraft {battle.net) simulation is the ability to skip over the constuctibot phase, note cross-reference these games with homeworld, planescape, freelancer, everquest, the sims, and simcity/civilization we may have a real video game. However it eliminates {only has the potential} [for the player] the following: creation of stuff {like board games, puzzles, etc.} and the lack of a decent control interface (i.e. indigo prophecy ~type /challenge)

Note: My anger probably is residual at my own failure with the opposite sex, my own failure with the same sex, my own failure in educational goals, my own failure in careers, and ?my \|failure of \|creativity|/.
My depression is a result of a lack of legendary/mythological/fantasy ideals in life and entertainment access, lack of advanced scientific research, lack of success in psychic/psionic!PSIONIC! experimentation {with noted exception of intangible objects, i may be young but it is strange that i was so young when i understood such.}

However, my ability to "read" people i.e. to understand the truth about another awareness's experience seems to have improved. As i seem to begin to be able to structure perceptions/thoughts(thinks things) and information like referencing baseball as sports.

Medical Care I am in need of: Physical therapy, possible surgery for chiropractics, possibly a gastroentoligist (note: some weird counting going on) (we are going to hope that it is because that part of you is like visually intangible) (note: my medical reports and identification records seem to be sealed, did not report in for jury duty due to three things: 1 instantaneous situational plea of guilty,
2 sequestering right after meeting a woman that i would enjoy being around,
3 Willing to participate in a level beyond most i.e. situational resolution/situational dramatic reconstruction/situational pinging

Note: Stated as "beyond most", due to dangers from attempting said situations - i.e. situational conviction and maintenance of neutrality and dangers of situational framing of "re-enactor" {note boxes and tin-foil are easier to shield yourself from... through coating the tinfoil with high amounts of ethyl cellulose or using a very different explosive mixture (it makes a noise and smoke but not heat or forward proppelant {kind of like dry-ice mixed with sulfur [error: use rotten eggs]- I believe it to be the reason this area has not had a really bad hurricane- such hurricane=typhoon is the reason for bogs and swamps and everglades to be present near the ocean. }

I really don't remember eating before 17 years ago.
